Contractual conditions for the provision of a camping ground presentation page on the camping portal “Camping in Europa”

The general terms and conditions, the service descriptions and the price lists of simply network informationsmanagement gmbh shall be integral parts of the contract. They shall be accessible on the homepage of the camping portal. The customer assures that the information he has entered is correct, and confirms the order acknowledging the currently applicable general terms and conditions, service descriptions and price lists.
 
The contract period shall be 12 months. The contract shall be extended automatically by 1 year unless written notice of termination (by e-mail, letter or fax) is given no later than 2 months prior to expiration of the contract. The customer shall be notified of alterations in prices and contract amendments no later than 3 months prior to expiration of the contract by e-mail and in the member area of the portal.
 
The customer shall receive an invoice specifying the payable amount. This shall be settled until 5 days before the start of the contract period. If the invoice is issued later than 6 days before the start of the contract period, it shall be settled immediately following its receipt.
 
Withdrawal instructions: The customer shall be entitled to withdraw from this contract in writing (e-mail, letter, fax) within 2 weeks without having to give reasons. The withdrawal period shall begin on signature of the contract. In the event of withdrawal, the contents posted by the customer on the customer’s pages will no longer be published.
